Central Warehouse
Incoming Deliveries
When a part is removed, it is delivered to the central warehouse. The part’s arrival will already be visible in Waiting status when the removal begins.
Once the removed part has been dispatched, its status changes to Ready.
When the package arrives, locate the corresponding delivery under Inventory → Receipts.
Verify the Quantity and the Serial Number (if applicable), and if they match what you’ve received, click Validate.
Outgoing Deliveries
When a part is required, the system automatically creates an order from the central warehouse. You can view these under Delivery Orders.
Click Waiting to filter and display only orders that still need action.
Select an order, then in the Lines section choose which products to deliver and specify the Quantity.
- If the product is tracked by serial number, select the serial number you want to deliver.
- If it isn’t tracked by serial number, select the warehouse location, choosing whether you’re picking from new or used items.
After saving, the delivered quantities update automatically.
Click Validate once you’ve dispatched the package. If you deliver only part of the order, the system will prompt you:
- Create Backorder: A new delivery order will be generated for the remaining quantity.
- No Backorder: The system will close the missing quantity, and a new delivery order will only be created if a new request is made.
