QBO-Odoo Connection App End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and OdooTech Zrt. ("Company") for the use of the QBO-Odoo Connection App application ("Application"), which provides an integration between Odoo and QuickBooks Online.

1. License Grant
The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or disassemble the Application. You may not use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

3. Third-Party Services (Intuit / QuickBooks)
The Application interacts directly with QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Intuit's platforms.

4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
