OdooTech Zrt. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the QBO-Odoo Connection App application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you connect our Application to QuickBooks Online.

1. Information We Collect

When you authorize our Application via the QuickBooks Developer API, we access and process data from your QuickBooks Online account. This may include accounting records, invoices, customer and vendor details, and transaction history. We only access the data strictly necessary to facilitate the Odoo integration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

Synchronize financial and accounting data between QuickBooks Online and your Odoo instance.

Provide, operate, and maintain the integration service.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting infrastructure) necessary to operate the Application, or when legally compelled to do so by authorities.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption and secure OAuth 2.0 API protocols, to protect your data during transmission and storage.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. You can disconnect the Application from your QuickBooks Online account at any time via your Intuit account settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your QuickBooks data. You may also contact us to request the complete deletion of any cached or stored data on our servers.
